Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs the Thunder Match Blitz mobile game and any associated services provided by HOLLOW WAY LIMITED (collectively, the "Application"). HOLLOW WAY LIMITED is referred to throughout this policy as the "Service Provider".

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect certain information when you install, access, and use the mobile game. The types of information that may be collected include:

  • The Internet Protocol address assigned to your device
  • Information about the sections or screens of the Application you access, including the dates and times of access and the amount of time spent on them
  • The duration of your use of the Application
  • The mobile operating system installed on your device

Cookies and tracking technologies

Thunder Match Blitz and certain third-party SDKs integrated into the Application may employ cookies, software development kits (SDKs), pixels, and comparable technologies for functionality, analytics, measurement, and service-related purposes. When applicable law requires consent for non-essential tracking technologies, the Service Provider will request such consent before activating them.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or removal of personal information maintained by the Service Provider. If you wish to exercise these rights or revoke consent where consent is the legal basis for processing, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you reside in California, applicable law may provide you with rights to learn about the categories of personal information collected, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising your privacy rights. Requests concerning CCPA/CPRA rights may be submitted to the Service Provider at [email protected].

The Service Provider may use information you provide to deliver essential communications, legal or service-related notices, and, where legally permitted, promotional or marketing messages.

To operate certain functions and provide an appropriate experience within the Application, the Service Provider may ask you to submit information that can identify you. Any information requested in this manner will be retained and processed in accordance with this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

The Application may provide aggregated or anonymized information to external service providers from time to time to support analytics, maintenance, development, and improvements to the Application and related services. The Service Provider may otherwise disclose or share information with third parties as described in this privacy policy.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider and its authorized third-party providers may process or transfer personal information in countries other than the country where you reside, including locations outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When applicable law requires specific protections for such transfers, appropriate legally recognized safeguards will be used.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted or approved by the European Commission
  • Applicable adequacy decisions or another legally permitted transfer mechanism
  • Your consent, when such consent is legally required and permitted

Privacy and data protection requirements can vary between countries. Where necessary, the Service Provider will implement appropriate safeguards and obtain any legally required authorization before transferring personal information internationally.

Please be aware that the Application may incorporate third-party services that maintain separate privacy policies governing their handling of information. The third-party services used by the Application may include:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • when disclosure is required by applicable law, including in response to a subpoena, court order, or comparable legal procedure;
  • when the Service Provider reasonably believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, safeguard you or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud or misuse, or respond to a lawful governmental request;
  • to trusted service providers performing functions on behalf of the Service Provider, provided that such providers are not authorized to independently use the disclosed information and are required to follow applicable confidentiality and privacy obligations.

Opt-Out Rights

You may prevent additional information from being collected through your mobile device by removing the Application from your device. Uninstalling Thunder Match Blitz prevents the Application from continuing to collect information from that device, but does not by itself erase information that was previously transferred to the Service Provider or third-party providers.

If you wish to request deletion of personal information, revoke consent, or exercise another applicable privacy right, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider keeps personal information only according to the applicable purposes and retention requirements:

  • User Provided Data: Retained while you use the Application and for up to 12 months afterward, unless a longer period is required by applicable law
  • Automatically Collected Data: Generally retained for no longer than 24 months after collection, unless an extended period is necessary for legal or regulatory purposes
  • Aggregated and Anonymized Data: May be maintained without a defined deletion period because it cannot reasonably be used to identify you
  • Data required for legal compliance: Retained for the period mandated by applicable legal requirements

You may request removal of your personal information, subject to circumstances where applicable law requires continued retention. If you want User Provided Data submitted through the Application to be deleted, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected]. Certain information may need to remain available where it is necessary for the Application to operate correctly.

Children

The Application is not designed for children younger than 13, or for any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not intentionally request information from children or direct marketing of the Application toward them.

Where applicable law requires approval from a parent or legal guardian, the Application should not be used without the required consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in breach of applicable law. If the Service Provider learns that a child has supplied personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information from its systems without undue delay. Parents or legal guardians who believe that their child has provided personal information may contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider takes the protection of your information seriously and uses reasonable physical, technical, electronic, and procedural safeguards intended to preserve the confidentiality and security of information that it processes and maintains.

Data Breach Notification

If a security incident results in a breach affecting your personal information, the Service Provider will provide notice as required by applicable law. Where legally required, such notification may include information regarding the type of incident and the measures being taken to investigate, contain, or resolve it.

Changes

The Service Provider may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in its services, technology, or applicable legal requirements. Material revisions will be communicated by publishing the updated Privacy Policy together with its effective date. Where legally required, the Service Provider will obtain your consent before material changes become effective.

Earlier versions of this Privacy Policy may be retained and can be requested by contacting the Service Provider at [email protected].

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-09-30

Your Consent

When consent is required as the legal basis for processing, you provide consent by actively choosing to enable the applicable feature or action. You may revoke that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal. Information processed under other lawful grounds will continue to be handled as described in this policy.
